MC100E196FNG Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.2V~5.7V. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~85°C operating temperature. It is configured with 128 taps/steps. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at QUAD. The terminations are provided with 28 for a unique configuration. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. ACTIVE DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. Developed on the basis of advanced ECL technology. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 4.2V. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.7V is acceptable. In addition to its NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE=-4.2 V TO -5.7 V, it has other specific characteristics that lend it to a wide variety of applications.
