For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). Using the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.2V~5.7V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The operating temperature is 0°C~85°C. Taps and steps are configured with 128. There are two terminals at QUAD. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 28 terminations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. It uses the logic type ACTIVE DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in ECL technology. It is acceptable to operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.2V. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.7V, it is acceptable to operate it.
