In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 40MHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
