As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator receives its inputs from Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 133.6MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
