In the 700MHz~1.1GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.20-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 221mA in order to deliver its performance.
