The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock, Crystal.
