The clock divider is available in 28-LCC (J-Lead) case. It is packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). For normal operation, 700MHz is the maximum value. In it, there are 28 terminations. Using a supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount.
