MAX9314ECJ Overview


It is available in the case LQFP for this cut smart buffer. Normal operation is limited to 3GHz. There are 32 terminations in it. The supply voltage of 2.5V is capable of providing high efficiency. It has been positioned in the way of Surface Mount. A pin count of 32 can be found on it. The circuit clock is contained in Clock Drivers. The clock switch operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C in order to maintain reliability. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. It belongs to the family of electronic gadgets known as ECL. In this case, Vsup will be set to 3.8V (decimal). With a LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic IC, it works. 10 true outputs are available.
