On the basis of the frequency 1.5GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.This integrated circuit has 10 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 10-pin RF module.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
