It has 20 I/Os programmed.The device is packaged with the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad.Case Tube is available.In this case, the vote is supplied within the range of 2.5V~5.5V.A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.If the operating temperature ranges from -40°C~125°C to Y, the device will work.In order to achieve a good performance, it works at a frequency of 400kHz.As a whole, it has terminations on the 28 axis.The MAX7300 family of parts can be used to identify related parts.Surface Mount allows mounting the part.When the supplied voltage is 5.5V, the chip conducts.A device can be supplied with a maximum current of 10mA.
