Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of UMAX functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. When a supply voltage of 3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount.
