MAX5895EGK+TD Overview


As part of the 68-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, it is included. Supply voltage is 1.8V volts. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space. As a whole, it has 68 terminations. Its base part number MAX5895 can be used to find parts that are related to it. 68 pins are designed into the device. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications.
