MAX5877EGK+TD Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 68-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. An electrical supply voltage of 1.8V powers it. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~85°C at all times. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR). It is designed with 68 terminations. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number MAX5877. In order to make it work, 68 pins have been designed. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. The device runs on a 1.83.3V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. With a total of 68 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security.
