MAX5853ETL+T Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. An electrical supply voltage of 3V powers it. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Other Converters family. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~85°C when operating the machine. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. It is designed with 40 terminations. In order to find related parts, use the part number MAX5853 as a base. There are 40 pins on this device. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount. Power is provided by a 3V battery that is included with the device. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 40 pins. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
