MAX5853ETL+ Overview
There is a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package that includes this component. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. In order to make it work, 40 pins have been designed. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications.
