MAX5812NEUT+T Overview
A SOT-23 package is provided with this component. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 5V volts is required. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). The total number of terminations is 6. It is designed with 6 pins. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction. In this module, 85°C is the maximum operating temperature at which it can operate. Over -40°C should be the operating temperature. It can take a maximum of 5.5V as the supply voltage. As long as the supply voltage is at least 2.7V, it is able to work properly.
