MAX5774UCB+D Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 64-LQFP package and X package. 5V volts power it. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Other Converters family. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within 0°C~85°C when the device is operating.
