MAX5735BUTN+T Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 56-WFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5V volts needs to be provided. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of 0°C~85°C when operating the machine.
