MAX5700ATB+T Overview


In the package 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad, this product is provided. 3V volts power it. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~125°C while the machine is operating. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). In total, the terminations of this piece are 10. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount. In order for it to work, it requires a 3/5V power supply. It can take a maximum of 5.5V as the supply voltage. Using a supply voltage as low as 2.7V, it will work.
