MAX5700ATB+T Overview
In the package 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad, this product is provided. 3V volts power it. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~125°C while the machine is operating. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). In total, the terminations of this piece are 10. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount.
