MAX5316GTG+T Overview
A 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains it, and it is available for download. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~105°C range at all times when the unit is in use. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. MAX5316 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed.
