MAX5316GTG+T Overview


A 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains it, and it is available for download. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~105°C range at all times when the unit is in use. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. MAX5316 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts.
