MAX5139GTE+T Overview
As part of the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, it is included. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~105°C. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR). 16 terminations are present in total. Related parts can be found by using its base part number MAX5139. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction. Power is supplied to the device by a 3/5V battery.
