This package is included in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package and is available for purchase. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~105°C when the device is operating.
