A 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is provided with this component. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~105°C when operating the machine. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tube. Its base part number MAX5113 can be used to find related parts. In this case, 32 pins are used in the design. According to its specifications, this FPGA will be able to work fantastically as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount. Its flexibility is fully utili3Ved when operated with a supply voltage of 3V. The maximum supply voltage it can take is 3.3V. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.6V, it is able to function.
