MAX5100BEUP+T Overview


As part of the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, it is included. An electrical supply voltage of 3V powers it. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating.
