MAX5100AEUP+ Overview
A 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is provided with this component. The supply voltage is 3V volts. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~85°C. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube.
