MAX3620BETT-T Overview


It is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR) for cost-effectiveness. The 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of -1.5V~1.5V. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The device features an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 4 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number MAX3620 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. DUAL is the location of the terminals. The system is equipped with 6 terminations for a unique configuration. When operating, a voltage of 1.5V is provided. As its logic type, ACTIVE DELAY LINE is used.
