MAX3314ECSA-T Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SOIC package. 8 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 8 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 8 pins. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5.25V recommends users apply 5.25V on the logical driver. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as 0°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 70°C. Buffer IC can be categorized in the LINE TRANSCEIVER interface IC. This buffer driver has 1 bits capability. Speaking of receivers, this voltage buffer has 1, which is reasonable for its cost.
