Packed in Die, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. There is 4:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around 0°C~70°C is the extended operating temperature. The total number of terminations is 16.
