MAX313LETP+T Overview


The electrical component comes in 20-WQFN Exposed Pad packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. The total number of terminations is 20. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 15V, it should be turned on and run. It is part of the design of the 20 series that this electronic component is included. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPST - NO switching circuits. It consists of 4 circuits. Use MAX313 to search for variants of the digital switches. Analog switches have 10Ohm internal resistance. The functions of 20 pins can be found in the datasheets. A analogue multiplexer of this type is a Multiplexer or Switches. Multiplexers should not be powered above 36V in normal situations. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 4.5V. If you put voltage higher than 100pA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 20V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 4.5V. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic. 20V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part.
