This RF modulator operates at 23.5MHz~6GHz frequency.RF IC with the enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tray package is used for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 32 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.A 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
