MAX2309ETI+ Overview


Based on the frequency of 70MHz~300MHz, RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.The Tube package houses this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.There are 28 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.It is a 28-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 41.5mA.
