1.5GHz~2.5GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.RF module has 36 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.36-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 295mA.
