In the 1.5GHz~2.5GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tube package is used to mount this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 36 terminations integrated.
