MAX2010ETI-T Overview
Based on the frequency of 500MHz~1.1GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 28 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 28-pin RF module.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 5.8mA.
