MAX2009ETI+ Overview


In this RF modulator, the frequency is 1.2GHz~2.5GHz.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Tube package for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 28 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 28 pins.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 5.8mA.
