MAX11613EUA+ developed by Maxim Integrated belongs to the family of low-power, 12-bit, multichannel analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The device can be powered down between conversions by AutoShutdown™ so as to reduce supply current to less than 1µA at low throughput rates. It is characterized by analog input channels which are software configurable for unipolar or bipolar, and single-ended or differential operation. Its high efficiency and optimum reliability make it well-suited for medical instruments, battery-powered test equipment, system supervision, and more.
