RF IC with the enhanced 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 16 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 70°C is required for operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of 0°C for this RF switch IC.
