RF modulator operates at 3.5GHz~6GHz frequency.RF ICs with enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.There are 24 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.It is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
