A frequency of 1.4GHz~2.4GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC with the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
