MADRCC0007 Overview
RF ICs with enhanced 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are excellent with common characteristics.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tube package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 16 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.Under 125°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -55°C to ensure its reliability.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 400μA.
