MA12070XUMA1 Description
A high-power density half-bridge motor driver IC made for industrial applications is the Infineon Technologies MA12070XUMA1. It includes a current sense amplifier, a low-side and high-side MOSFET driver with bootstrap functionality, an overcurrent and overtemperature protection feature, as well as a current sense amplifier. The MA12070XUMA1 is perfect for usage in applications like robotics, automation equipment, and power tools since it can control a variety of DC motors, including brushed DC motors, brushless DC motors, and stepper motors. The device has a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 60V and is intended to operate at high frequencies. The MA12070XUMA1 is also offered in a small 5mm by 5mm QFN packaging, which minimizes board space requirements and streamlines the design process.
