MA100GQ-P Overview
The linear position measuring sensors are put into 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages to protect the devices from damage. The electronic component has been packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For the angle position measuring sensors to function normally, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C. Temperatures exceeding 125°C are not permitted for angle position sensors when operating.
