There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tray package. Space-saving 108-LGA packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ.
