Parameters
The LTM4675 is a dual 9A or single 18A step-down μModule® (micromodule) DC/DC regulator with 40ms turn-on time. The device features remote configurability and telemetry monitoring of power management parameters via PMBus, an open-standard I2C-based digital interface protocol. The LTM4675 includes fast analog control loops, precision mixed-signal circuitry, EEPROM, power MOSFETs, inductors and supporting components.

The LTM4675's 2-wire serial interface allows margining, tuning, and ramping up and down of the output with programmable slew rates and sequencing delay times. Input and output current and voltage, output power, temperature, uptime and peak values are readable. No custom configuration of EEPROM memory content is required. At start-up, output voltage, switching frequency and channel phase-angle assignment can be programmed using pin-strap resistors. LTpowerPlay™ GUI and DC1613 USB to PMBus converter and demonstration kit are available. 

The LTM4675 is housed in a 16mm x 11.9mm x 3.51mm BGA package and is available with SnPb or RoHS compliant terminal finish.
