LTC7545AKSW#TRPBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~70°C. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). If you are looking for related parts, you can use the base part number LTC7545 as a starting point. It is designed with 20 pins. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. The maximal operating temperature of this module reaches 70°C. Over 0°C, the operating temperature should be higher. It can take a maximum of 15.75V as the supply voltage. The unit is capable of working with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V.
