As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In applications requiring additional insulation, the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package can be used instead. This is due to the supply voltage of 2.25V~5.5V, which ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. As configured, it has taps and steps of 8.
