LTC6994IDCB-2#TRPBF Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. By utilizing the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 2.25V~5.5V is supplied with a voltage. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. It is configured with 8 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number LTC6994 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. At DUAL, the terminals are located. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 6 terminations. An operating voltage of 3.3V is applied to the device when it is in operation. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. As a result, it provides all the benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. A minimum supply voltage of 2.25V is acceptable for its operation. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.5V, the system should be able to operate.
