It is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR) for cost-effectiveness. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package is able to eliminate the need for this. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 2.25V~5.5V. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~125°C. 8 taps/steps are configured. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number LTC6994 are universally preferred. The terminals are placed at DUAL.
