There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in QFN. This package is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel. In normal operation, 1.4GHz is the maximum value. Surface Mount is placed within the way of this object. Operation is performed with 36 pins. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 105°C. As long as the frequency is 1.4GHz, excellent accuracy can be achieved.
