As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. 40 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
